Abstract :
This study analyses the infocommunication practices of students on the subject of food. A survey conducted in 2023 at the Académie Régionale des Sciences et
Techniques de la Mer (ARSTM) aimed to identify the infocommunication practices
of students.e.s undergoing initial training at the Académie Régionale des Sciences et
Techniques de la Mer (ARSTM) on the subject of food. From a representative sample
of all levels, 150 students were interviewed to find out about the media they use to
obtain information about food, their level of knowledge and attention to national policies on nutrition, and the eating habits they develop once at the Academy and away
from their parents. The results are discussed through the prism of the theory of social
representations and lead to recommendations
