Abstract :
The war situation in the Republic of Congo (DRC) is disrupting its economy and calling on the government to take measures to maintain a stable macroecomic framework, despite the financial resources required to win a war or defend itself. This research proposes a series of measures to help the Congolese government stay the course during the difficult ordeal of war. The ordeal nourishes thought and enables solutions to be found to a nation’s existential challenges.
